Good Eats Dvd
What is a good workout DVD program for a busy girl?
I have tried P90X… which I just don’t have the time to commit to every single days work out. I’ve also tried Turbo Jam, which is the same thing, the 20-30 minute DVDs are great… but the 45-60 min DVDs are just too much for me right now. I need something that has somewhat of a schedule so I don’t have to guess what to do each day,but also don’t want to be working out for 60 minutes, I’m just too busy for that. I eat relatively healthy so I don’t really need to worry about that.
I’ve looked into Tony Horton’s 10-minute trainer but I am skeptical and Amazon’s review aren’t AMAZING…
I am looking to lose around 30 lbs. and tone up (NOT BULK UP, lean muscle please) a bit for summer.

If your endurance is up to it, consider Turbo Fire. It’s like Turbo Jam, only more intense. The majority of workouts are shorter, but there are a few longer ones 45-60 minutes. However, the shorter ones are pretty intense so you feel like you workout longer. It follows a 20 week schedule so by the time the longer workouts are scheduled, perhaps you’ll have more time. Early on, the longer ones are just 1-2 times/week.
