what can i do with goji berries to make them taste good?
i had some dipped in dark chocolate that were wonderful.
i got a bag of just plain goji berries and they are bitter and nasty,
but they are supposedly really good for you, so what can i do with them. i got a huge bag.
Goji berries are traditional chinese medicine, so that’s why it’s bitter. You can create a goji berry drink by boiling goji berries in hot water. Then add some sweetening like rock candy(find them in asian market) or brown sugar to conceal the bitter taste.(^_^)
